This blog post is dedicated to my neighbour who mentioned to me the other day that he liked my website but that I don't update the blog enough. I know! So this is for you, Paul. Thanks for kicking my butt! So we survived playing Massey Hall. Not only survived. It was a huge hit. I have to say it is up there in terms of huge career moments. Singing my solo song on that stage was absolutely incredible. Nothing like it. And to have so many friends and family there as well was icing on the cake. That high took a while to come down from I'll tell ya! Amazingly this is the only picture I have to prove we played there. We didn't take any pictures backstage. We were all too stunned to even think of it.  In June I went to New York. It was a fabulous trip. Saw Billy Elliot starring Kate Henning - a Canadian actress who was amazing in the role of Mrs. Wilkinson. Saw some theatres that could work for WFC. We just signed with an American agent and we're planning on touring the States in the new year. Can't wait!  I'm currently developing a couple of TV series so this summer is dedicated to writing. Well, also swimming, eating, biking, BBQs with friends, parties, movies and just plain relaxing. It's not easy when you are self-employed to take time off but my new motto is "What would summer do?" I think summer would have another beer. Cheers!
